Meetings

Meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month from 3:00 am to 5:00 pm at The Bead Parlor. (See The Bead Parlor website for directions.)

Programs/Classes

Short programs are held at each meeting. These can be classes to teach members new skills or presentations on historical or cultural beadwork. In the past, programs have included techniques such as gourd stitch, brick stitch, daisy chain, spiral rope stitch, and ogalala lace stitch. Projects have included beaded beads, ornaments, amulet bags, beaded tapestries, necklaces and bracelets. In 2002, there was a presentation on African beadwork.
